Video Deliverables Specification

W3AYS Photography & Cinema delivers all video deliverables (including wedding films, documentary productions, corporate recaps, social teasers, and music videos) in high-definition Full HD (1080p). We optimize all deliverables for pristine playback across cinema displays, television, web, and mobile devices.

1. Booking Deposits & Confirmation

Dates and production crew availability are secured exclusively upon payment of the 50% non-refundable booking deposit and confirmation of the shoot logistics. The remaining 50% balance is payable prior to the dispatch of final retouched galleries or master video files.

2. Official Banking & Payment Information

For client bookings, formal quotations, and official invoices, payments are processed via direct Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to our official First National Bank (FNB) business account:

3. Rescheduling & Weather Contingency

For outdoor lifestyle or wedding shoots affected by severe inclement weather, clients may reschedule their date at no additional fee with at least 48 hours notice, subject to crew calendar availability.
