When booking a shoot or requesting a quotation, we collect client contact details including your full name, email address, phone number, shoot location, and event details. We do not store credit card credentials; all financial settlements are handled directly via verified bank transfers (EFT) or licensed third-party processors.

2. Use of Media & Image Rights

Client galleries are delivered via private cloud download links. We do not sell or distribute personal client media. In accordance with standard creative contracts, promotional usage on social media or portfolio exhibits is coordinated with client permission.
